goat’s cheese cloaked in ham and served with a fresh and zesty

day with just baked bread. There are mouthwatering fried
Scottish scallops and the Marrbury smoked salmon is a gourmet’s
delight.
The main courses on offer are inventive and
incredibly delicious and you will certainly find dining at
Blues an intensely rewarding experience. The restaurant serves
the freshest seafood, sourced locally, including sea bass,
salmon, prawns and haddock.
For a richer taste sensation, you may prefer
to dine on tender medallions of farm beef fillet served with an
elaborate wild mushroom and Madeira sauce. There are duck, lamb
and vegetarian options – the Cajun chicken is a spice lover’s
